Quackatoa water

A minor fix which means the water now appears a LITTLE more sensible in Quackatoa.

The keen eyed among you will have noticed a slight difference in the water shaders in the mountains, but being the perfectionist that I am I couldn't leave it be.

Thankfully I found the small script reference I'd neglected to include in this particular map, so now we have this! I know, can hardly tell, right? But I know I'll sleep better knowing it's fixed.
